Yosuke is a leading travel design expert of World Air-Sea Service, a Japanese tour operator serving Japanese clients in the high-end market for over 50 years. He designs high-quality travel plans offering clients a unique and memorable travel experience. A talented and dedicated tour-planning professional, Yosuke has established positive relationships with business partners in both urban and rural tourism destinations and maintains an open-minded and innovative approach to Japan-inbound tourism development. He is a graduate of the University of Surrey (UK) and the Graduate School of Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo).

After working for 14 years at the Italian subsidiary of a major European tour operator Noriyuki founded Japanissimo. Through Japanissimo, Noriyuki has experience in arranging for high-net-worth clients, including top athletes, politicians and other VIP travelers, one-of-a-kind experiences which it is difficult to put a price on. Noriyuki is also the founder of the Japan Association of Tourist Guides and Assistants, which now has more than 300 registered Italian and Spanish-speaking guides and assistants who can comprehensively respond to clients’ wide variety of travel-related requests.

Sayo has been working in inbound travel and tour planning at Nippon Travel Agency for 10 years. She currently takes charge of a wide range of tour planning covering inbound high-net-worth travelers as well as incentive-based and leisure tours. With experience in outbound travel, including business travel and study abroad programs, Sayo is well-versed in a wide range of travel styles and is a wonderful communicator. Sayo’s greatest passion, though, lies in inbound travel where she can showcase the charms of Japan and use her vast experience to craft themed tours.

Mitsuaki joined ANA Group as a Southeast Asia sales representative promoting inbound group travel and dynamic packages for domestic flights. Experience of selling Japan travel products in the region, along with experience at the Passenger Service Department at Haneda Airport, fine-tuned Mitsuaki’s ability to attend to the diverse needs of the Japan traveler, handling lodging and dining requests according to religious, health and dietary needs. Mitsuaki is currently involved in digital promotions targeting inbound individual travelers through ANA WORLD HOTEL.
Tomoko Kasai

A graduate of creative arts, Tomoko specializes in artistic and cultural travel experiences which often include immersive visits to museums and galleries, or exploration of the Seto Inland Sea region. Tomoko draws from her experience assisting high-profile clients, officials, and brands during their engagements in Japan. She has also worked at the travel division of the luxurious Nihombashi Mitsukoshi department store, focusing on individual high-net-worth travelers and connecting them to Japan’s Living National Treasures and other leading cultural figures.

After a decade working at an international law firm handling high-profile clients from the worlds of sports and entertainment, Yukiko currently takes charge of distinguished customers, including prime ministers and entrepreneurs, at Tokyo’s prestigious Ginza Wako department store. Yukiko’s skills, experience and tenacity also come to the fore when guiding celebrated photographers around unexplored regions of Japan.
Setsuko Obata

After working in broadcasting, Setsuko then gained many years of experience in Italian interpretation and translation across a diverse range of fields including academia, education, travel and media, as well as in a variety of business settings. With her mother and grandmother being culinary experts, Setsuko grew up in a gastronomic household from which she maintains a deep interest in cuisine. She is currently engaged in research and study on Italian culture for a doctoral program at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology.
Natsuko Ide

With values rooted in honesty and sincerity, and tenacious in character, Natsuko is accomplished in meeting the needs of clients in any situation. A graduate of Sophia University, extensive experience in distribution, IT, and with foreign financial institutions lead to Natsuko entering the travel industry well-versed in English-language environments. Natsuko has a deep affinity for classical Japanese arts and traditions, including kabuki and tea ceremony.
